Reinforced REVITALIZANT® Extreme Action 120% (EX120) is intended for restorative repair and anti-wear protection of all types of diesel engines, including high-performance and turbocharged engines. Extreme Action 120% regenerates worn metal surfaces in the engine, removing scratches and wear damage caused by excessive heat and friction. The agent forms a self-regulating metal-ceramic coating on the treated parts and protects the engine from renewed wear.
Independent tests show that REVITALIZANT® increases compression in the cylinders and noticeably increases engine performance, while reducing exhaust emissions and fuel consumption. The motor is less prone to failure and has a longer service life. EX120 is compatible with all types of engine oils. A single application is enough for 100,000 kilometers.
The engine is treated in three steps:
The treatment is considered complete after driving at least 1500 km.
Oil system volume, L | number of syringes, St. | treatment regimen | Number of syringes for new engines, St. |
---|---|---|---|
3-10 | 3 | 1+1+1 | 2 |
11-20 | 6 | 2+2+2 | 4 |
21-30 | 9 | 3+3+3 | 6 |
Caution! Not intended for use in internal combustion engines with a special hardening coating on the cylinders (ALUSIL, LOKASIL, NIKASIL, GALNIKAL) because the material required to form a stable metal-ceramic layer is missing.
No oil change is recommended before treatment is complete. Idle treatment is also possible (4 hours equals 200 kilometers driven). New engines with a mileage of up to 20,000 km must be treated in one step. It is recommended to treat overhauled engines in three steps as already described. The protective metal-ceramic coating forms on every working mechanism. However, if the mechanism is in critical condition (100% wear), the damaged parts must be replaced.
