SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

XADO Germany offers a flat rate. We ship your items with our reliable shipping partner DHL.

Please refer to the table below for the shipping costs for the individual delivery countries.

WHAT ARE THE PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES?

Incoming, paid orders by 2 p.m. are usually processed and made ready for dispatch on the same working day.
A standard delivery takes 1-3 working days, depending on where you live within Germany.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

From an order value of 100€ we ship your order within Germany free of charge.
Below that, we calculate shipping costs of €6.90

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR THE WRONG ITEM?

If you have any problems with the delivery, please contact our customer service immediately.
We will find a solution as soon as possible.

WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

XADO Germany accepts the following payment options:
Paypal, Kreditkarte, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Facebook Pay und Amazon Pay.
Payment by bank transfer is also possible.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT IS PLACED?

No. Unfortunately, you can no longer make such changes, as your order will be automatically transferred to our logistics and processed as quickly as possible to ensure fast shipping.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

You can change your delivery address independently of the billing address during the ordering process. Registered customers also have the option of changing their delivery address in their customer account.
After the order has been completed, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address.

Orders received by 2 p.m. are dispatched on the same working day with DHL.
