Revitalizant EX120 additive for cylinders.

Reinforced REVITALIZANT® Extreme Action 120% (EX120) is intended for restorative repair and anti-wear protection of the cylinder-piston group of engines. It is recommended to use the product as an additive for the selective treatment of cylinders with severe wear and/or surface defects. The REVITALIZANT® forms a metal-ceramic coating on the friction surfaces of the cylinder-piston group. The geometry of the cylinders is restored, the inner diameter of the cylinders decreases, their ovality disappears.

Treatment of the cylinders of petrol engines.

  1. Let the engine warm up. The engine must have reached operating temperature but not be too hot
  2. Unscrew the spark plug. Disconnect the ignition distribution sensor lead and the ignition coil
  3. Pour the contents of a tube into the cylinder*
  4. Move the piston 15-20 times (by spinning the jacked drive wheel, towing, etc.)
  5. Reinstall the spark plug and operate the starter 3-4 times for 3-4 seconds each, resting 15-20 seconds between each
  6. Reconnect the wire and ignition coil, start the engine and let it idle for 15 minutes
  7. Drive the car in normal operation

* The REVITALIZANT® should be squeezed out of the tube so that it hits the cylinder walls but not the piston. You can use a hypodermic syringe with a tube attached. The contents of the tube should be dissolved in 5-10 ml of engine oil beforehand. To avoid liquid hammer, the total volume of liquid must not exceed 20 ml.

Caution! Not intended for use in internal combustion engines with a special hardening coating on the cylinders (ALUSIL, LOKASIL, NIKASIL, GALNIKAL) because the material required to form a stable metal-ceramic layer is missing.

A NOTICE:

The treatment of diesel engine cylinders is similar to the treatment of gasoline engine cylinders. The REVITALIZANT® is filled through the candle opening (opening of a nozzle or glow plug). If the diameter of the cylinder is more than 120 mm, the dosage should be doubled. A single treatment is enough for 100,000 kilometers driven.
