The solution is specially designed for restoring repairs and active protection of heavy-duty diesel engines.

This innovative 3-component product combines the advantages of the two-phase complex metal conditioner and the revitalizant 1 Stage.

  • Restores the surfaces of the components and compensates for ongoing wear

Detailed specifications

The temperature of the solution before use must be at least + 25ºС

  • Shake the bottle
  • Pour its contents into the oil filler hole of the engine warmed up to operating temperature
  • Start the engine and let it idle for approx. Run for 3-5 minutes

Dosage:

1 bottle (950 ml) is intended for the engine with the oil system volume of 30-45 L. The oil level should not exceed the maximum value. Avoid overdosing.

Annotation:

  • The solution has been specially developed and tested for heavy-duty turbocharged diesel engines;
  • The solution is compatible with all types of motor oils;
  • The revitalization takes place over a distance of 1000 – 1500 km; no oil change is recommended during this period;
  • It is recommended to reapply the XADO Maximum for Diesel Truck product after 100000 km of driving;
  • To ensure the highest level of engine protection against wear, it is recommended to continue using XADO Atomic Oil engine oils;
  • RF=100 RF (revitalization factor) is a value showing the effectiveness of engine restoration and anti-wear protection. RF=100 means that the engine has completed the complete revitalization cycle as a result of using the product;
  • The product contains the revitalizant particles, which completely dissolve in the oil at the operating temperature.

The 3-component additive package enables worn parts to be rebuilt and at the same time protects against future wear. The revitalizant forms a new surface coating, restoring worn work surfaces and compensating for current wear. The metal conditioner strengthens the sliding film and harmonises perfectly with the revitalizant. In addition, the 2D sliding agent ensures ultra-light gliding between the engine parts.
