Revitalizant EX120 additive for manual transmissions.
Reinforced REVITALIZANT® Extreme Action 120% (EX120) is intended for restorative repair and wear protection of mechanical transmissions. During the treatment of the gear units, the REVITALIZANT® forms a metal-ceramic coating on the surfaces of gears, shafts, bearings, synchronization devices and other metal parts and protects them from renewed wear. The product is used universally for manual and sequential gearboxes, transfer cases and axles (differentials).

A NOTICE:
The REVITALIZATION® is considered complete after 1,500 kilometers driven. A typical sign of the onset of the REVITALIZATION® effect is a reduction in noise after just the first few kilometers after the treatment. If the noticeable improvement in operating behavior suddenly decreases, this can indicate very heavy wear. In this case, the recommended dosage should be doubled.
If there is no improvement in the operating behavior after driving 100-200 kilometers, the cause may be an incorrect diagnosis. The REVITALIZANT® is compatible with all types of gear oils. It does not form chemical bonds with oils and does not cause changes in their viscosity or other physical and chemical properties. The protective metal-ceramic coating forms on every working mechanism. However, mechanical parts that have become so worn that they are no longer functional must be replaced. Treatment is no longer possible there. A single treatment of the manual transmission is enough for 100,000 kilometers.
